Pink House is located 100 meters from the beach in a quiet and charming village of Dunes. It is situated in a coconut grove, which creates a unique magical atmosphere. Beach Mandrem spacious and not crowded, the entrance to the sea smooth, and the waves in this part of Goa is not strong - ideal for swimming with children. Near the house is the center of Ayurvedic massage, 50 meters from the house - shop with everything you need and internet cafes, and a little further - a lot of different restaurants and yoga center. Within 3 minutes you can reach the center of the district Mandrem. There are many shops, market with fresh vegetables and fruits.

Pink House is a one-storey house, located between Minin House and the house of local residents. It consists of two parts with separate entrances, possible consolidation or sharing with the door in the kitchen.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests.

BLOCK "A": 1 Bedroom FOR 2-3 GUESTS.

Description:

• A bedroom with double bed, open cupboard, ceiling fan.
• Living room with extra single bed at the usual time, stylized sofa, sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, ceiling fan.
• Kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, a necessary set of kitchen and dining utensils, dining table and chairs.
• 1 bathroom with a hot shower and European toilet.
• Balcony-out.

Price for block "A" per night:

• From 1 November 2010 - December 23, 2010 - 20 euro.
• December 23, 2010 - January 14, 2011 - 75 euro.
• 14 January 2011 - February 28, 2011 - 40 euro.
• From 01 March 2011 - March 31, 2011 - 20 euro.

The rent includes wet cleaning, changing linen and household towels twice a week.
Minimum rental period in the New Year period 10 days later, 7 days.

• From 1 November 2010 - December 23, 2010 - 35 euro.
• December 23, 2010 - January 14, 2011 - 110 euro.
• 14 January 2011 - February 28, 2011 - 60 euro.
• From 1 March 2011 - March 31, 2011 - 35 euro.
