We are Vlad and Anna. Almost all ask to tell our history how we have got to Goa, how it has turned out, what we live here?
We are connected with India for a long time, many times come here and travelled. Once again arriving to India Vlad has gone to Goa about which heard much, but knew nothing. Then he has fallen in love with this place, it has turned something inside of him. And when he has returned to Russia, has told, that wishes to live there. Goa very much differs from all India, this state was hardly affected by culture of Portuguese and Englishmen. Their many families live here already some generations, they have in Goa property and business. Because Goa is a wonderful combination of the Indian colour and possibility to live comfortably.
Vlad searched for different ways to carry out the dream, has got acquainted with people who already lived here, found out, how it is possible to find work or to make business which will allow living in other country.
In November, 2006 we have arrived to Goa on two weeks for holiday. For Anna it was exotic travel, not idle time, she was delighted with holiday, but did not understand much in Indians, their behavior and mentality. In Moscow she lived very comfortable, she had good car, apartment with smart design and all to it applied. We have started to discuss variants of the general business then Goa it has been still open for foreigners, and in 2007 we had such possibility. Having prepared for moving all our businesses and the main thing native to us of people, we have purchased one-way tickets.
In March, 2007 we have absolutely got over in Goa. Have opened the official Indian company, have purchased a plot. Attended to projects under the real estate. For these years we have already acquired set of acquaintances among local population, have understood a difficult texture of the law and bureaucracy.
Now we are engaged in business which very much is pleasant to us! We offer houses for rent on the most favorite our beach of Northern Goa - Mandrem. We do not work as usual intermediaries; we offer only those houses on which we have certificates and agreements. Compulsion, attentiveness and the creative relation to work like our clients.
